I made don katsu! It's originally a Japanese dish, but it's also very common in Korea too. It's more or less pork cutlets dipped in a thin layer of eggs, then encrusted with bread crumbs. =)
You then just cook it in a pan, or deep fry it if you want. I took a picture of it before I ate because it looked so yummy! =)
